By accessing or using IndTube (PlayKro) at https://playkro.co.in/, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, content creators, and others who access or use the platform.

2. User Content & Upload Guidelines

Users and creators may upload videos, shorts, and comments. You retain ownership of your content, but grant IndTube a non-exclusive license to stream and distribute your media. You agree NOT to upload:

• Copyright-infringing or pirated material without explicit rights.
• Hate speech, violence, harassment, or defamatory content.
• Malicious software, spam links, or deceptive clickbait.

3. Creator Monetization & Profit Sharing

Creators participating in the watch-time profit-sharing program must follow all community rules. Any artificial view manipulation, bot traffic, or fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending balances.

4. Intellectual Property

The IndTube branding, user interface design, logos, and proprietary streaming software are the intellectual property of SK DIGITAL SOLUTION.

5. Limitation of Liability

IndTube is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
