Creators retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their original videos and courses. By uploading content to PlayKro, you grant PlayKro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, transcode, and stream your content to registered learners and visitors.
Eligible creators can monetize their educational tracks through advertising revenue sharing and store sales. Payouts are processed via verified payment gateways (including Razorpay / UPI / Direct Bank Transfer) subject to tax withholdings under Indian law (TDS).
PlayKro displays ads served by Google AdSense and authorized programmatic partners. Interactions with advertisers or sponsored promotions are strictly between you and the respective third party.
PlayKro is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that video streaming will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall PlayKro or SK DIGITAL SOLUTIONS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
